Warranty Policy

If you have issues with a J.W. Speaker product, we strongly recommend that you: (1) troubleshoot your light and (2) contact the authorized retailer where you purchased it.
If the lamps were included as standard product on a vehicle that you purchased, please contact the vehicle manufacturer (OEM) for warranty concerns. Only OEM vehicle manufacturers and authorized J.W. Speaker dealers and distributors may contact us directly for warranty claims.
1.0 WARRANTY SCOPE AND TERMS J.W. Speaker Corporation provides warranty coverage for its products against defects in materials, components and workmanship. There is no express or implied coverage for any other costs, such as labor costs, travel, incidentals and collateral damage. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable. Coverage extends only to replacing a defective part. Exceptions and exclusions are referenced in Sections 2.0 and 3.0. |

1.1 LED Products All LED products sold by J.W. Speaker provide a five (5) year limited warranty, with exceptions and exclusions summarized in Sections 2.0 and 3.0. |

1.2 Bulb-based, Legacy and Non-Lighting Products All bulb-based, legacy and non-lighting products, including incandescent, halogen and HID lights, as well as electronic components, harnesses, mounting equipment and accessories not included with LED products provide a one (1) year warranty. Light bulbs are specifically excluded from warranty coverage. |

2.0 LED PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS The following exceptions apply to J.W. Speaker standard warranty: |

• All Heated Lights*: Two (2) years • Model 8770 Locomotive Lamps*: Four (4) years or 30,000 hours • Model 8700 EVO J3 Headlights: Three (3) years Non-Heated, Two (2) years Heated • Model 9600 POD Headlights: Three (3) years Non-Heated, Two (2) years Heated • Trail 6 Flash, Sport, and Pro LED Auxiliary Lights: Three (3) years • Model 8800 LED 4×6 Headlight: Visit www.jwspeaker.com/warranty-model-8800 for details*Excluding the Model 8800 and Model 8770. • Model 210 Solar Light: One (1) year |

3.0 WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS J.W. Speaker’s Warranty Policy does not allow for claims resulting from the following conditions: |

• Abuse, neglect and damage • Modifications and alterations • Improper installation • Chemical exposure (e.g. cleaning solutions) • Voltage spikes, transients and over-voltage beyond rated specifications • Naturally occurring phenomena such as condensation, corrosion and UV degradation • Wear and tear, including damage from road debris and resultant lens degradationVisit www.jwspeaker.com/warranty-exclusions for more details. |

4.0 WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS This Warranty Policy applies ONLY to the customers who purchased products directly from J.W. Speaker. Claims from end customers must be routed to the source where purchased, and processed with them to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA). WARRANTY PROCESS
If you have issues with a J.W. Speaker product, we strongly recommend that you: (1) troubleshoot your light and (2) contact the authorized retailer where you purchased it.
End Customers
End customers MUST initiate a warranty claim with the authorized J.W. Speaker dealer where they purchased the product. J.W. Speaker Corporation does not process end customer warranty claims.
Dealers
If the claim is valid, the dealer must submit a warranty claim form to their distributor, NOT to J.W. Speaker, and ask them to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number in order to proceed.
Distributors
Requests for warranty items will require a return of your product(s) for inspection prior to credit authorization to your account. Learn how to submit your RMAs here.
