EVO-X™ isn’t a single headlight. It’s a unified platform engineered to deliver consistent beam performance, simplified integration, and a distinctive visual identity across four industry-standard fitments.
The lineup includes:
8600 EVO-X™, 5.75″ round / PAR46
8700 EVO-X™, 7″ round / PAR56
8800 EVO-X™ 4″ x 6″
8900 EVO-X™, 5″ x 7″
Two models are round, and two are rectangular. All four deliver the same functionality and performance standards. The fitment may vary, but the performance foundation remains the same.
Built on the Same Core Architecture
Every EVO-X™ model shares the same internal platform design, aligning optical engineering, electrical behavior, and compliance standards across all four fitments.

Best-in-Class Beam Consistency
Beam performance shouldn’t shift just because the housing size does. Across all four models, the beam pattern stays clean and uniform. Low beams are controlled and evenly distributed, while Dual Burn® technology delivers a high beam that cuts through with real punch. The transition between the two feels natural, not abrupt. Hot spots and deep shadows are minimized, so the light works with the driver, not against them.
Even when the voltage drops, the output stays consistent. The result is dependable forward visibility, whether the application calls for a 5.75” round / PAR 46, 7″ round / PAR56, 4″ x 6″ or a 5”x 7”rectangular configuration.
Built for Broader Applications
With coverage across 5.75”round / PAR46, 7”round / PAR56, , 4″ x 6″, and 5″ x 7″ formats, the EVO-X™️ Series fits where industry-standard fitments are already expected.
That means it’s equally at home with on-road automotive platforms, off-road 4×4 vehicles, commercial and fleet applications, and off-highway/industrial or specialty equipment.
Because fitment is standardized, integration is straightforward, reducing the need for custom brackets or workarounds for mounting.
Designed for Real-World Conditions
Each EVO-X™ model is designed to maintain full brightness at minimum voltage, making it a practical solution for aging electrical systems and demanding equipment. The reduced part weight simplifies handling and installation, and the overall construction is built to withstand tough environments.
For cold-weather applications, SmartHeat® technology is available across the lineup. The system actively helps prevent snow and ice buildup on the lens, so light output stays consistent when temperatures drop.
