ABOUT THE POSITION: Do you love the thrill of the sale? Get excited when you find the right product at the right time for the right price? If so, this job could be for you! Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add a Supply Planning Analyst to our team.
Our Global Sourcing team determines what we are going to buy and from whom, and then they turn over the tactical buying to the Materials department, who manages the “day to day” purchasing while strengthening the relationships with the suppliers.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management is a great (and preferred) foundation for this position. (APICS certification would be awesome, too!) (Properly sizing parts is crucial to the success of this role!)
We prefer candidates with 3-5 years of supply planning experience, with excellent relationship building skills. You should be assertive (yet not a jerk) and be able to hold your suppliers accountable while maintaining your strong relationship with them. Motivation and passion for materials will round out our ideal candidate.
